Q: What is the process to order custom products? 

A: If no questions, purchase the listing and email your brand or logo to me as well as any other info needed to info@morelandcreativeco.com. A photo, drawing or digital file of your brand all work well. We will get a mock up put together, if applicable, and back to you to review before it goes into production. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Do to the fact that most of our stuff is personalized, we don't take returns unless the product was defective upon receiving it or was incorrect. 

Q: What is the processing time for our products?

A: It depends on the product. Most of our items you will receive within 5-7 business days after artwork is approved for custom items or the order is placed for other items that aren't personalized. Some items take longer so if any questions, please reach out.
